I am so pleased to share this latest wedding by Lyndsey Goddard with you! Lyndsey sent over so many photos – and they were all so fab that I have really stuggled to whittle them down. The detail in this wedding is fantastic, those lovely Rachel Simpson shoes, the jugs filled with Pimms, that yellow wedding car, the clearly in love couple. Simply put – these photos are WOW!

So without further hesitation – over to Lyndsey;

Jon is a fellow wedding photographer, and he married Vicki in the beautiful Cornish village of St Agnes.

The ceremony was beautiful; a full operatic performance by one friend followed by another friend singing ‘All you Need Is Love’, to which the congregation all joined in. I don’t think there were many dry eyes by the end of that!

The couple had a tiny yellow Edwardian car to drive them from the church to the beach, where we took some photos. Unfortunately the poor car couldn’t make it back up the hill and had to be towed and then pushed into, yes, into the pub for the couple’s grand entrance.

Guests enjoyed Pimms on the lawns above the wonderful Driftwood Spas hotel whilst enjoying the West Country sounds of The Wurzels. After dinner and speeches the guests danced the night away to the musical talents of Not The Rolling Stones.

Jon and Vikki were great to work with, very relaxed. I was especially impressed by Vikki’s calmness as her beautiful satin shoes sank into the wet sand as we took photos on the beach. Not many brides would have agreed to that, so good on her!

A huge thanks to Lyndsey for sharing these with us and a huge congrats to Jon and Vicki – I’m sure many of the brides to be looking at these are hoping that there wedding photos are just as fab!
